This process eliminates the need for the transformer to weigh and mix the masterbatch into the application resin, as the resin is already pigmented.

Ideal for companies that prefer to use resins already pigmented in the color of their product because they have difficulty obtaining good homogenization in their process, such as ABS or PSAI parts.
